Leaving an order on this page means handing us two pieces of information about yourself, and you are entitled to know where they go. SecretDiet is a food supplement in capsules that a courier brings to your door, which is exactly why the form asks for a name and a phone number and for nothing else. Below we set out what we collect, why we process it, how long it stays with us and how to have it removed.
What we collect
From the form we take only what you type into it: your name and your telephone number. The delivery address is written down during the confirmation call, together with a convenient time for the courier. We never ask for card details, identity numbers or anything about your health, and we ask you not to type such details into free-text fields.
Why we process it
The data exists so that an operator can call you back, confirm the address and hand the parcel to the courier with the right label on it. The same details let us answer you if you write to us later about a shipment. We do not build advertising profiles from them and we do not sell them to anyone.
Who has access
Your name and number are seen by the call centre that confirms orders and by the delivery company that carries the box, each of them only to the extent that its part of the job requires. Nobody else receives the list, and it is never published.
How long we keep it
Order records stay with us while the shipment is in progress and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case a question or a complaint follows. Once they are no longer needed for that, they are deleted or stripped of everything that points back to you.
How we protect it and what you can ask for
Access to order records is limited to the people who process them, and the connection to this page is encrypted. You may ask what we hold about you, correct an error in it, or ask for deletion — one message to [email protected] is enough, and we answer around the clock. If you would rather not leave any data at all, simply read the page without filling in the form.
