SecretDiet raises the same handful of questions again and again — what is in the capsules, how the two daily doses are timed, how many days a box covers, where a parcel has got to. Write to us before you order or long after it has arrived; both are normal. Messages are read every day of the week, at night as well as during office hours, so an answer never waits for Monday.

The quickest route: the form on the site
If you would rather we called you, fill in the order form on the main page — the same one used for ordering. Leave a name and a phone number; an operator rings back, answers your questions and, if you want, completes the order during the call.
Before you write
Questions about dosage and composition are answered from what is printed on the pack. We do not give individual health advice: during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with a chronic condition, or alongside medicines you already take, speak to your doctor. To see the data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, a message to the same address is all it takes.
